At Hirotaka Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Hirotaka display box and include the authenticity certificate along with the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
