What materials are used in Hirotaka jewelry?
Our collections are primarily crafted from 10K or 18K yellow gold, accented with high-quality diamonds, Akoya pearls, and semi-precious gemstones. Each piece is meticulously handmade in Japan.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For international shipping, please allow 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer ring resizing services?
Due to the delicate nature and unique architecture of our designs, many of our rings cannot be resized. We recommend checking our size guide carefully or contacting support before purchasing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, and custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and store pieces separately to prevent scratching.
Is a warranty included with my purchase?
Yes, Hirotaka offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear such as surface scratches.
